Je houdt het niet tegen, toch gaat hij in
op de kots uit de kotsbleke mens.
Is het voorbij of een pauze?
Hij mag zichzelf niet tegenhouden,
dat zou dom zijn, dus hij zegt iets
om in de gunst te komen,
iets sturends, op het manipulatieve af,
de randen van de shock opvouwend,
wachtend op de komst van de guts,
want wat kan hij zeggen of doen om het tegen te houden?
